My name is Melissa Rodriguez, and I am honored to be able to walk alongside individuals and organizations on a journey towards healing, clarity, and freedom. Life, in all its highs and lows, is an adventure—one that holds the capacity to transform, restore, and reposition us when guided with intention and faith.

I am the Co‑Founder of Healing Touches in Life, Touches of Healing, and HoneyBee Consulting & Event Management. While I am honored to carry the responsibility and stewardship of these ventures, I acknowledge with great humility that God is the original Founder and Creator of it all. He is the Source—I am simply the resource he has entrusted to me to carry out the work.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep passion for people and purpose‑driven businesses. I am called to connect, to listen, and to serve through the gifts, talents, and skills God has instilled within me. As the first resource within these organizations, I am actively building teams grounded in excellence, integrity, and faith—teams that function as a collaborative tribe, coming alongside you and your vision.

I believe in the art of multiplication and duplication—empowering others to rise, lead, and discover their own form of freedom. Through personal coaching, business consulting, event planning, and storytelling, I help individuals and organizations operate in alignment with their true purpose. One of my greatest strengths lies in administration and effective communication, allowing me to translate vision into structure and strategy with clarity and care.

In the business consulting realm, I partner with a variety of organizations to design & streamline programs, optimize existing assets, and improve the ROI - return on investment—not only in systems & strategy, but most importantly in people. I believe that flourishing organizations are built when leaders invest in both operational excellence and their human capital, because your human capital at many times are worth more than the rest.

Through event planning & execution, I help bring visions to life— whether it is creating memorable, meaningful occasions that honor milestones, unify teams, & just inspire connection. From those intimate celebrations to corporate retreats as well as team‑building experiences, every event is curated with intention & excellence.
